As a Charitable organisation we rely on kind natured individuals who are in a position to volunteer their services in various capacities at the Centre. We also have a small number of paid roles, which we advertise here when vacancies arise.
We currently have opportunities for:
Volunteer Qualified Counsellors
We are always looking for qualified counsellors wishing to offer their counselling services on a voluntary basis at Carrs Lane Counselling Centre.
If you have a Level 4 or above qualification in counselling and hold membership to a registered body please contact us to request an application form. The person specification can be viewed here.
We especially encourage counsellors who are willing to work online.
Volunteer Group Clinical Supervisors
Those who are already qualified or are seeking a Supervision Training Placement are welcome to contact us to discuss on 0121 643 6363. You can also read more about our Supervision arrangements and how to apply here
Trustee
We currently have opportunities for those wishing to take up the role as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees at Carrs Lane Counselling Centre. Information and details of how to apply are on our Trustee Application Pack.

Volunteering in other capacities
We welcome those who are able to contribute to the continuing professional development of our counsellors through perhaps providing talks and/or presentations or demonstrations that go towards enhancing the knowledge base and practical skills of our counsellors through CPD activity, if you are able to assist, please contact us on 0121 643 6363
