WHO ARE WE?
We are a counselling centre in the heart of Birmingham. We are dedicated to providing a low cost first class counselling service for adults from Birmingham and the surrounding area, who can travel to meet a counsellor here. Through counselling, we can assist you with a range of issues, and have been helping in this way for over 50 years.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We offer individual counselling and relationships counselling.
COUNSELLING CENTRE STATUS – Closed until further notice
- IMPORTANT: Information for clients regarding Corona Virus and the Counselling Centre Closure
Due to health concerns regarding the spread of the Corona Virus, and in keeping with UK Government guidance, the Centre has closed until further notice. We are unable to provide telephone or on-line counselling. We will be regularly reviewing the situation and hope to be able to open and offer our face to face counselling services again soon.
Current Clients – All current clients of the Centre will be contacted by telephone as soon as we are able to offer an appointment to resume counselling with their allocated counsellor on their usual day and time.
Persons on Waiting List – All those who have received a Telephone Assessment and been added to our waiting list will be offered an appointment to see a counsellor once we have reopened for business and appointments become available.
Persons not on Waiting List – Those who are seeking counselling but have not yet undergone a telephone assessment and been added to our waiting list, will need to contact us once we have reopened the Counselling Centre.
Once the Centre has opened this notice will be updated.
Our counselling service is accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

Monday: 10.00 – 18.00 hours. Tuesday: 10.00 – 20.30 hours
Wednesday: 10.00 – 18.00 hours Thursday: 10.00 – 20.30 hours.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
Our reception is open from Monday to Thursday (10.00 – 18.00 hours).
Our answerphone service is operating at all times, therefore please leave a brief message and appropriate contact details if you would like to have a return call.
